What is Sitemap?
Sitemap is the page where your all website/blog/online store pages, posts, tags, categories will stored and that is called Sitemap. Just check our sitemap so you'll understand it.
How to Generate Our Sitemap?
Blogger
Step 1: Just go to web and search for "yoursitename.blogspot.com/robots.txt".
Step 2: Just copy the code from their. In my case it shows like this below image.
But in your case it looks like this and you'll need to copy the selected text.
Step 3: On Your Keyboard just press "CTRL + F" and type "Robots.txt" and above enable it and paste the code their.
Step 4: Congratulations! You've successfully created your Blogger Sitemap.

But in Blogger Sitemap there is only posts not pages or tags.
WordPress
Step 1: Go to Your Wordpress Dashboard and go to Plugins and Add New.
Step 2: Search For "Yoast" and click on Install and Activate.
Step 3: Enter Your Sitename and sitemap_index.xml. Ex- "yoursitename.com/sitemap_index.xml".
Step 4: Congratulations! You've successfully created your WordPress Sitemap.

I know that there is a huge difference in between WordPress Sitemap and Blogger Sitemap but Google will support both the sitemaps so don't worry.
Bonus
If you want to rank your blog on Google just follow the below steps used in both Blogger and WordPress-
Step 1: Go to Google Search Console and type your website url or domain and click next.
Step 2: Just Verify your site and continue.
Step 3: On the Menu site just click on Sitemap and just enter your sitemap url in Blogger "sitemap.xml" and in wordpress "sitemap_index.xml".
Step 4: Your Sitemap will be submitted to google.
If you are in blogger and you're thinking that how you verify your site with domain "yoursitename.blogspot.com" just enter the url their and click continue and your domain will verify but just use that same Gmail in Google Search Console that Gmail you've created your blog in blogger.
